March Congregational Dinner & Meeting / Affirmation Voting

March 17th // 5-8pm // MPR

Our March Congregational Dinner & Meeting will be Sunday, March 17th in the MPR. Dinner will be from 5-6pm and the meeting will be from 6-8pm. During the meeting, childcare will be provided for infants through 3rd grade. 

Affirmation voting for the nominees will take place in the main lobby March 17th from 8:45am-12:15pm.

The vote for the proposed budget will take place in person at the Congregational Meeting on March 17. For those who would like to learn more about the budget and ask any questions prior to the vote, we will hold an open budget discussion on March 3 following the morning service from 12:15-1:00pm in the youth room.

Absentee voting for the nominees is available during the following times:
March 3 & 10 • 8:45am – 12:15pm
(Sundays | Main Lobby)
March 4 – 7 & 11 – 14 • 8:30am – 4:00pm
(Weekdays | Church Office)

An email from the elders to members regarding voting was sent on February 27th.

Please register for dinner & childcare. A donation basket will be available that evening to offset the cost of dinner. The dinner will be pork tenderloin, roasted veggies, and salad.

*If you are not a member, you are welcome to attend the dinner and meeting, but you will not be able to vote.
