Faith Church 101: Exploring Membership
At Faith Church, we believe church membership is a meaningful commitment. It’s a way to make our devotion to Christ and His people visible through the local church. Membership is both a privilege and a responsibility as we live out the gospel together.
To help you understand what membership means, we offer Faith Church 101, a four-week class led by our pastors. This class gives you a clear look at who we are, why we exist, and how we live as a church family.
In this class, you’ll learn about:
Faith Church 101 meets on Sunday mornings from 9:00–10:00 AM during the ministry hour in Room 7, February 8th-March 1st.
Completing the class doesn’t obligate you to become a member, but it’s an important step if you choose to move forward in the process.
We’d love for you to join us on this journey!

It’s easy to trust God when life is going well, but what about when suffering comes? Trusting God’s goodness and his sovereignty becomes far more difficult then. Thankfully, the Bible is not silent on these matters. The book of Job helps us grapple with the reality of suffering and teaches us what it looks like to trust that God is with us in Christ through every season and trial. This class will not only help us better understand the book of Job, but also see how the book tells the grand story of God and his relationship to Christ and his people in their suffering. Join us as we study this incredible book and consider God’s purposes for our suffering as we look forward to the restoration of all things in the new creation.
Everything we own belongs to God. He owns everything and we are his stewards. Everything from our money, our time, our health, and our skills are gifts that God has given to us to use for his purposes and glory. And yet, so many of us assume these things are unrelated to our spiritual life. We are especially vulnerable to idolizing and misusing these things the way our culture and the world does. This class will help us look at the good gifts God gives us with a biblical lens and teach us what it looks like to use those gifts in the way God intended for them to be used. Join us as we explore how to be faithful stewards of our money, time, health, and skills to the glory of God.

our morning studies will have a video-based study option and a discussion-based option.
Both studies will use the same workbook by Nancy Guthrie. Our evening study will be video-based, using the workbook.

D3 Youth Camp is a four-day discipleship conference hosted by Boyce College, crafted for Christian high school students to develop and mature their faith. D3 stands for three distinctives: teaching, worship, and discipleship.
Discipleship through the study of God’s Word is at the core of D3 and this is reinforced through trusted teaching, singing the gospel, and key small group moments. Leaders and students will enjoy rich biblical teaching that seeks to encourage and equip their walk with Christ.
In addition to the main sessions, D3 offers three different tracks that seek to continue equipping students in leadership, worldview, and missions. The afternoons will be filled with exciting, fun team games and other opportunities that build camaraderie and community, while enjoying all that the campus of Boyce College and Southern Seminary has to offer. The hope is that students leave better encouraged, equipped, and connected to Christ, one another, and their local church.
Cost is $330 per student. This covers registration costs, lodging, travel, and all meals. You can pay via credit card, check, or cash.
Please make checks out to Faith Church and write D3 Youth Camp 2026 in the memo line. Scholarships are available.
Please reach out to Blake Patterson (bpatterson@faithchurch.net) if we can help with the cost in any way.
You can find more information about D3, including speakers and a full schedule of events HERE.
Registration is open to all current 8th–12th graders at Faith Church and their friends.
