EVENT REQUESTS
Planning an Event at Faith Church?
We’d love to help you schedule your ministry event, gathering, or class. Please review the
information below before submitting your request.
Which Form Do You Need?
There are two types of events:
1. Church-Related Events
Events hosted by Faith Church ministries or groups.
- Complete an Event Request Form if your event requires building use or church resources.
- Also submit a [Communications Request Form] if your event needs to be promoted
(bulletin, email, website, social media).
2. Non-Church Events
Personal gatherings (baby showers, receptions) or outside organizations.
- Submit an Event Request Form
- Must provide proof of liability insurance
- Building usage is subject to approval and availability
Before You Submit
To help us serve you well, please:
- Submit your request at least 6–8 weeks before your event
- Be ready with:
- Event name & purpose
- Preferred date(s) and time
- Estimated attendance
- Room setup & AV needs
- Promotion preferences (if applicable)
Submitting a form does not guarantee approval, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your
request and timeline.
What to Expect
- Submit the Event Request Form
- We’ll Review It
A staff member will follow up within 5–7 business days. - Confirmation
You’ll receive an email once your event is approved and scheduled.
Want to Promote Your Event?
If your event needs to appear in any church communication (like the bulletin, newsletter, or social media):
You must also complete a [Communications Request Form]
Promotion is not included with the event request form
