June 16th – July 28th // Faith Church
Hoopla! is a weekly event designed just for students entering junior high this fall. Believing that relationships are built on shared experiences, we want to provide great experiences for students to build relationships with other students, and with the Faith Church staff and volunteer leaders. Any student who has completed grades 6-7 are invited to join us each week.
Hoopla! will take place every Tuesday afternoon from 12:00-1:30pm at Faith Church, beginning June 16, and ending July 28. We will meet outside the Student Ministry lobby, and each week will feature a different game or event, led by our high school Hoopla! staff team, along with Bryan and Pam. There is no cost for these events (except our River Run) and friends are always welcome.
All we ask is that you sign up no later than Sunday of each week, so that we can prepare for the right number of students. When registering, just select the add-on for the week you are signing up for. You can sign up all at once, or sign up as you go throughout the summer.
In order to provide as safe an environment as possible, we will ask everyone to follow these guidelines.
- We will take students’ temperatures upon arrival. Anyone with a temperature of over 99.5 will be asked to return home.
- Everyone will wash their hands upon arrival at the church, and will be encouraged to do so throughout the event as well.
- While we cannot guarantee that everyone will be 6 ft apart at all times, we will encourage students to space themselves out at all times.
