Proposed Bylaw Change Forum

At our last congregational meeting, the Elders proposed a change to our bylaws. The proposed bylaw change and the basis for this change is summarized in the attached document which was handed out at the meeting. Lord willing, we will vote on the proposal at our next regularly scheduled congregational meeting on Wednesday, January 22.

We want to make sure everyone is informed and has a chance to dialogue and discuss this change before there is a vote. To facilitate this, we are sending this out well in advance of a vote to all members. In addition, the Elders will be available to discuss this proposed change with anyone interested on Sunday, November 17 at 12:15pm after church in Room 9.
