We Invite You to Join Us!

We at Faith Church are happy to host the Communing with God Prayer Conference 1/25-1/27, with Don Whitney!  Faith Church is a bible-based, gospel-centered church in Milford, OH (eastern suburbs of Cincinnati).  We would be delighted if you would join us for this event.
Why a prayer conference?  Because Christians have supernatural access to God, through Christ (Jn 15:1-5; Heb 10:19-22)!  Because prayer is an enjoyable way for God’s children to fellowship with their Heavenly Father (Gal 4:4-7, 1 Jn 1:3).  Because there is nothing more important that we can do for our spiritual health and our ministries than deep, daily communion with God.  Wouldn’t you agree?
But let’s face it.  Prayer can be hard!  We want to pray but often find that, for various reasons, we neglect this important spiritual practice.  And when we neglect it, our lives can be marked by fear, anxiety, joylessness, and spiritual lethargy.  But what if prayer is easier and more powerful than we ever imagined?
In the gospel of Luke, the disciples humbly asked Jesus:  Lord, teach us to pray…(Luke 11:1).  And he did.  As we prepare our hearts for this conference, the words of the disciples are our words too.  “Lord, teach us from your Word to pray.”  Our speaker, Don Whitney, will offer scripture-saturated teaching and guide us in times of prayer.  We will also worship together through song & scripture reading.
Would you join us for this wonderful weekend focused on helping you to commune with God through Christ?  You will find more information below, including the conference schedule and speaker biography.
