April Congregational Dinner & Meeting / Affirmation Voting

April 6th // 5-8pm // MPR

Our Congregational Dinner & Meeting will be Sunday, April 6th in the MPR. Dinner will be from 5-6pm and the meeting will be from 6-8pm. During the meeting, childcare will be provided for infants through 3rd grade. 

Affirmation voting for the nominees will take place in the main lobby April 6th from 8:45am-12:15pm.

Absentee voting for the nominees is available during the following times:
March 23 & 30 ; April 6 • 8:45am – 12:15pm
(Sundays | Main Lobby)
March 23 -30 • 8:30am – 4:00pm
(Weekdays | Church Office)

An email from the elders to members regarding voting was sent on March 18th.

Please register for dinner & childcare. A donation basket will be available that evening to offset the cost of dinner.

*If you are not a member, you are welcome to attend the dinner and meeting, but you will not be able to vote.
