Fall Session: Two Classes
Aug 18 – Nov 17 // 9AM
Join us for our semester-long fall session of Adult Sunday School Classes. We are offering two classes. Class descriptions are below. All classes are available to all adults.
Marriage: Seeing & Savoring the Beauty of the Gospel in God’s Design for Marriage
In a world debating the value and purpose of marriage, we’ve all developed instincts and assumptions that need to be retrained by God’s Word. This class will provide a biblical foundation for a God-centered understanding of marriage that will help align our thinking about marriage with Scripture. Whether married or single, join us as we consider how the beauty of the gospel in God’s design for marriage reflects the one who designed it and calls us his own.
Teachers: Godwin Sathianathan, Scott Ruotolo, & Mike Chaney
Location: Room 8
Christianity & Politics: Living as Kingdom Citizens in the City of Man
Have you noticed that it’s an election year? Have you noticed that politics are kind of…divisive (to say the least)? In this class, we’ll see how we can be faithful to God’s callings on us as citizens while maintaining our unity of peace as a church. We will contemplate our role as Christians interacting with politics in a fallen world.
Teachers: Drew French & Caleb Liebing
Location: Room 9
