MMM Shopping

It’s that time of year again! Each Christmas season, the Faith Student Ministry partners with Milford-Miami Ministry (MMM), a local charitable organization, to help local families that are struggling financially provide Christmas gifts for their children. Students help shop for and purchase gifts for local teens whose families need some extra help.

This year, our annual shopping trip will be on Saturday, December 2. We will meet at Faith Church at 9:30am and then drive to Walmart, where we will do our shopping. We will return to the church to wrap the gifts and have fun hanging out together. The event will end at 12:00pm.

We typically spend around $50 on each child, with a total cost of around $1000 on these gifts. These costs are covered by the donations from our students and their families. Please consider making a suggested $25 donation towards these gifts. You can also make a larger donation if you are able. Even if you are unable to attend the shopping event, you can still contribute, and be a part of this ministry. We also need lots of adult volunteers to help us with our shopping event.

To make a cash or check donation, please place those in any of our Offering Boxes or visit our office. For cash, please include a note that it is for MMM Shopping. For checks, please make them payable to Faith Church and include in the memo line “MMM Shopping”. Thank you for your generosity!
