Seeking Communion Coordinator
If you are a person who likes to organize and coordinate behind the scenes, this opportunity is for you.  On the first Sunday of each month, our Celebration Service allows us to remember Christ's death for us, through communion.  We are seeking someone to coordinate the set-up and clean-up for the monthly communion service.  For more information, please contact Vicki in the church office.

Men's Healthy Sexuality Group
Men:  Society is not making it any easier to live a pure life.  There are temptations all around.  Many Christian men have been caught in a pattern of compulsive sexual behavior.  There is help.  Men here at Faith Church meet weekly to help each other find freedom from these addictions.  A new group is beginning soon.  If you want more information, call or e-mail Dave French or Pastor Dick Lehman.  That call is the beginning of hope.

Summer Sunday School Teachers needed
God's Glory Garden (AKA Children's Ministry) has some exciting summer teaching opportunities.  If you love the Lord and have a heart for helping children grow, we invite you to join our team for Summer Sunday School, starting June 1st.  Become a Sunday School teacher and impact the lives of our children at Faith.  If interested, contact Sandy Howard.

our vision

We are a community where people are whole-heartedly devoted to Christ, irrevocably committed to each other, thoroughly equipped for service and relentlessly dedicated to reaching people for Christ.

A community where people grow in their relationship with God through Scripture, prayer and worship producing dramatically changed lives that impact others.

An authentic community where people feel they belong, are accepted and find friends who become family.

A joy-filled, caring, safe community for the hurting, where connecting and strengthening occur in the midst of life’s difficulties.

A community committed to building lifelong marriages, strong families, fulfilled singles and thriving young people and children.

A community in which everyone, whatever their life-stage or age, is equipped to use his/her gifts, to fulfill the purposes for which God placed him/her on Earth, and where both leaders and followers are empowered to serve.

A community committed to being an irresistible influence in reaching others for Christ in our neighborhoods, our cities and around the world.

our mission

Faith Church exists to fulfill Christ's Great Commission: "To make more and better disciples around the world" (Matthew 28:19).

What Will We Prioritize to Accomplish Our Mission?

With God's guidance and power, we will fulfill our mission by focusing on five ministry priorities: Exalting God (Psalm 150), Evangelizing the World (Acts 1:8), Equipping Believers (Ephesians 4:12), Encouraging each other (Hebrews 10:24,25), and Extending His Church (Matthew 16:18).

What Principles Will Guide Us as We Pursue this Mission?

Based on our understanding of scripture, we embrace these core values and operating principles...

In Regard to Our God

A personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ is foundational to all we say and do

Our final authority is the Bible

God is the source of our ministry direction, power, and growth

We sincerely believe that prayer makes a critical difference in all that we attempt

We steadfastly purpose to give glory to God rather than ourselves

Through faith, we anticipate that God will exceed our expectations

In regard to Ourselves

We encourage believers to use their spiritual gifts and to reach their God-given potential

We value an equipped, involved laity

We entrust ministry to our laity

We value our singles, couples, and families

We seek to support and train our parents to fulfill their responsibilities

We supplement the role of parents with effective children and youth ministries

In regard to Our Leaders

Our leadership is plural

Our leadership is earned

Our leaders lead by servanthood, example, and godly character

Our pastors major on equipping the body

In regard to Our Ministry Style

Our ministry emphasizes small groups

Our ministry is grace-based

Our ministry is local and global

We welcome innovation

We provide clear discipleship tracks

We minister to all, and do not neglect the poor or broken-hearted

We expect ministry to bring joy, demand sacrifice, and include spiritual battles
