Carol joined the staff of Faith Church as Nursery Coordinator in 2005 and is committed to consistently providing a safe, secure, happy and loving environment so the children and parents who come to our Glory Garden’s Nursery, see and experience the love of Christ. She seeks to meet the spiritual needs of these young children by providing age-appropriate biblical teaching materials. Additional responsibilities include supervising the Nursery area during services and the overall upkeep of the Nursery facilities. Carol also recruits, trains and encourages the Nursery’s Sunday School teachers, assistants, and rotating volunteers.
Carol and her family came to Faith Church in 1993. She and her husband, Ken worked in our youth department and in the high school home Bible studies for several years. Prior to serving at Faith, Carol worked for many years in other church nurseries, toddler, and preschool areas. For twenty years she has volunteered as an advocate for children with learning disabilities and served for four years on the Forest Hills School District’s Special Education Advisory Council.
Carol was born and raised in Cincinnati and married Ken, in 1973. They have four grown children and three grandchildren.
