Carol joined the Faith Church Staff in 2005 as the Women’s Ministry Coordinator. She is the liaison between the Staff and the Women’s Ministry (Sisters) Team. Attending Staff meetings, assisting the women of Faith Church realize their ministry opportunities, connecting with Women’s groups from area churches and serving, in general, as the point person for the Women of Faith Church are some of her duties.

Carol holds a degree in Psychology from Miami University. She has been discipling and mentoring women since 1987. Leading Women’s Bible studies is one of her greatest passions. She has been doing this both inside and outside the church setting since 1988. In the early 1990’s she served Faith Church as the Women’s Ministry Leader, forming an operating board to manage the various areas of Women’s Ministry. Her most recent area of interest includes writing Bible Studies.

Carol has been married to Tom since 1980 and has four children, Philip, Kevin, Stuart and Elizabeth.
