Harvey began serving as Adult Ministries Pastor in August of 2002. Harvey and his wife, Jenny, have been members at Faith Church since 1990.
His responsibilities include the oversight of Small Groups, Sunday morning adult elective classes (LIFE), Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry, Connections, MOPS, Faith over Fifty, SAM's, Discipleship, and Young Adults (242). He has significant involvement in Faith’s Home Church strategy – mid-sized groups that develop leaders, disciple believers, and serve and engage with those who would like to know more about following Christ. Harvey also assists with pastoral duties such as weddings and funerals, and serves as an Elder.
Prior to his pastoral role, Harvey and Jenny served for 31 years with Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC). Their ministry included discipleship and evangelism with college students, Human Resource Director at CCC corporate headquarters, seminary training in California, and Operations Director for Athletes in Action.
Harvey and Jenny have three grown children - Dan, Emily, and Tim.
